MCM Vintage Cockatoo or Parrot and Tree Stump Planter - Possibly Unmarked Royal Copley

Adorable little yellow, green and purple bird perched on the side of the wooden tree stump planter. I think it is a cockatoo or some other sort of parrot. This whimsical piece will compliment your home decor, whether MCM, shabby chic, farmhouse, country, or ????

One small chip on the inner rim of the planter and crazying on the piece. .
Approximately 4.75” tall, 4.75” wide and 3” long.
