Byron’s Secret Garden Slow Downs Tile NOS- Picturesque Harmony Kingdom

Secrets:
Amidst the beautiful magic lantern flowers on this tile figurine we see a beetle jockey, taking out his prized thoroughbred snail for a run. A rival trainer attempts to spoil the day's training session by spreading "Saxo" salt on the snail's tail. Notice the chevrons on the salt container. Try to guess what this has in common with cooking salt?
Tile is 4” square.
