1940s Millinery Hat Stand - Wood and Metal Store Display

Beautiful 1940s-1950s spring loaded metal hat stand with mauve wooden top, cord and bead. These beauties would have lined the shelves of your local mid century Hattery Store. The display stands set into grooves on the shelf, each holding a beautiful hat, and the Haberdasher could easily pull the cord to bend the spring to retrieve the Hat when a customer wanted to see it. Great additions to your home decor for Storage and Organization or to simply work into a moving antique vignette.

Approximately 9 ⅜” tall and 4” wide. Two are available and both are in excellent vintage shape.
