Running Mare and Foal - Vintage Solid Brass Horse Sculptures

This is a rare set of a running mare and foal made out of solid brass. (And I do mean solid. Together, the pieces weigh 4 lb, 7.8 oz.!) The mare is leading and the foal trotting after her. The pieces are a must have for any horse lover or art enthusiast looking to add an elegant touch to their collection.

Some imperfections were introduced during its creation and there are some scuffs/scratches on the pieces commiserate with age.
Mare is approximately 5.25” tall, 6.25” long and 2” wide.
Foal is 3 ⅜” tall, 3.25” long, and 1” wide.

Props are not included but may be available in other listings.

Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales. The items may show minor age-related wear and/or minor flaws consistent with the date of manufacture (please be sure to check photos carefully as they are part of the description).
