Vintage Lockable Steel Two Tier Money Box - No Key

Vintage black, gold & copper metal cash/document box with removable 3 section tray used for coins. The handle looks to be brass. The enamel paint is scratched inside and outside the piece and there is light rust in spot, but overall it is a very interesting piece.
Approximately 9.25” long, 5.5” deep and 3.25” tall.
No key but in fairly nice condition.

Most items in my shop are vintage and are not brand new and come from estate sales.
