Created by the award winning artist, Georges Briard, this is a classic mid century modern serving bowl that is both beautiful and functional. The silver overlay is in sections of basket weave with tulips and other flowers in the center and is surrounded by a twisted rope and additional silver overlay band is at the rim.

He is most well known for his signature dishware and glassware - everything from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes. His signature collection was stocked at noted department stores, such as Neiman Marcus and Bonwit Teller.”
