This interesting A & J paddle sifter is in wonderful shape and still works. This versatile kitchen gadget has hooks to sit over a mixing bowl and a red wooden knob at the end of the handle that turns the paddle. It can be used in baking and cooking as a sifter, sieve, and/or strainer or as a conversation starter when you make it a unique part of your kitchen or home decor.
