1960s Vintage Felt Elf Hand Puppet - Puppet Originals by J. Grace Burns

This unique elf puppet is wearing a yellow shirt, red tights and green shoes. His nose is long and his large pink ears are attached with velcro. His black hair peeks out from under the edge of the red hat complete with green felt feather and bell. He was in a box with other puppets and teacher aids and I wonder how many children he helped to teach.
Approximately 19.5” long and 11.75” from hand to hand. No tears or rips.
How old it is?
Velcro was invented in 1955, so this puppet is from after that.
The label sew in the back reads ‘Puppet Originals by J. Grace Burns, Whittier, California, Felt 50% wool; 0% rayon” and its style reminds me of the 1950s or 1960s.
