1940s Sheffield Cutlery Carving Set with Bakelite Faux Antler Handles in Original Box

This beautiful carving set consisting of a carving knife, meat fork and honing rod is in its original box (though the box is a bit worse for wear). Based on the information engraved on the blade, this set was made between 1933 -1947 (https://www.hawleysheffieldknives.com/n-fulldetails.php?val=b&kel=580). It is a beautiful set that is ready to grace your home and table.

Knife is approximately 14” long
Meat fork is approximately 10.75” long.
Honing rod is approximately 13” long and has some rust.

Engraved on blade: Duracut, M. Bernard and Co., Makers Sheffield, Stainless Steel, Made in England.
The inside of the box proudly proclaims: Sheffield Cutlery, Crown Quality, Made in Sheffield, England.
