His Majesty Turkey Oval Serving Platter - Transferware by Johnson Brothers - Made in England

Johnson Brothers His Majesty is high-quality earthenware that features a regal tom turkey spreading his plumage, accented by a tempting spread of nuts, fruits, berries, and vegetables. The lush earth tone colors of His Majesty platter is perfect for serving the turkey at your holiday table. (I speak from experience as I used the one passed down in this family,)

Stamp on back: “His Majesty, Made in England by Johnson Bros., A genuine hand engraving, all decoration under the glaze detergent & acid resisting colour, pat. Pend.”
Approximately 20.25” by 15.75”
No chips or cracks. There is a dark spot on the edge and underside that seems to have been introduced during the manufacturing process (see pictures).
