Vintage Jointed Doll in Black Evening Gown - Hand Painted Face

This is 9” tall with a hand painted face and painted on black gloves and shoes. She would be perfect for the collector of eclectic dolls or for Halloween decor. She has certainly seen better days, but is very interesting. I am not sure of the material she is made from (perhaps plaster), but she is solid. There is a fine crack running down her face and metal hooks coming out of both sides of her head. Her hair has come unglued in places and can be reglued. Her dress looks handmade and needs to be restitched in the back.
This doll came from the estate of someone that used to be an antique dealer.
