Rare Vernon Kilns Bowls - Hand Painted Blend No. 1 -1938

$9.80 $14.00

Beautiful hand painted yellow and brown tab-handled bowls that remind me of sunflowers. Their color pallet would compliment other Vernon Kilns patterns such as Organdie, Arcadia, or Gingham.

“July 1931, Faye G. Bennison purchased the former Poxon China pottery renaming the company Vernon Kilns….Vernon produced ceramic tableware, art ware, giftware, and figurines. The company closed its doors in 1958.”

Each bowl is approximately 6.25” wide (7.5” from handle to handle) and 2” tall. No chips or cracks. Nor did I notice any crazing.
