Vintage Hand Painted Man-Shaped Liquor Bottle

This bottle came from the estate of an antique dealer.
Interesting man shaped bottle that originally had the front hand painted. The bottle has sculpted details down to the fingers. Unfortunately, more of the paint has worn off. The bottle has a black plastic screw cap. Though I found multiple versions of this man shaped bottle online, I could not find more information on the company or when it was made.
Glass with plastic screw top is approximately 8.75” x 3.75" x 2.5".
Mark on bottom is AR within a circle and the numbers 303.
