Beautiful Depression glass cobalt blue violin shaped bottle or decanter. Or perhaps it is a cello, or a fiddle….call it what you wish.
It is molded glass and there is a ‘7’ embossed on the bottom. If it had a lid, it would have been a cork or stopper.
“...Glass violin shaped bottles known as Viobots. Beautiful shades of blue, green, amethyst and amber—these bottles were produced in the 1930’s, and 40’s by Dell Glass Company, Millville, NJ and Clevenger Brothers Glassworks of Clayton, NJ, USA. (https://sites.nd.edu/kelli-brown/viobots/)
Approximately 8” tall and 4” wide.
