1950s Character Cooper Clayton Toby Mug by Ridgway Sterling Pottery

This character mug is wearing a tricorne hat, green shirt, brown pants, yellow stockings, and black buckle shoes. He is sitting on a wooden barrel and holding a beer stein.

No cracks or crazing, but there is a chip in the hat (see pictures). This piece has been discounted because of the chip in the hat.
Maker’s mark: Est. 1792, Ridgway Sterling Pottery, Lawley England
Approximately 6.75” tall.
