Unusual Wooden Hidden Spice Box with Hand Painted European Pastoral Scene

Though I have searched, I have not been able to find anything out about this box or style. It is made to be mounted on the wall (screws are still attached) and the front opens down to reveal the spices. There is a lovely hand painted farmhouse and stone silo by a lake that looks European to me. At the bottom, by the tulip is the artist’s signature: Dodie 984.

Spice box is in excellent shape and I only saw one small piece of the trim chipped on the inside of the spice compartment. There are 3 sets of slots on the inside, but only 2 moveable dividers. I do not know if one divider is missing or if that is by design.

Approximately 17.5 inches long, 6.75” wide and 4.75” deep
Spice compartment is approximately 7.75” by 5.75”
