Unusual Nesting Hen in Basket, Milk Glass with Red Eyes, Vintage Challinor, Taylor & Co

This is a rather unique Nesting Hen with colored eyes that look like they were glued. There is some chips on the edges (see pictures, but those are hidden when the hen is sitting on the nest. There is also a pinkish/purplish stain on the inside of the hen. I cannot figure out what made that stain on this white milk glass.

Approximately 7.5” long, 6” high and 5.5” wide
